By far the best customer service!!!! All the agents I had the opportunity to work with were very informative and always very professional, and friendly. They answered all my questions and were good at returning my phone calls and addressing all my concerns with my closing. It was like they found a solution to all the issues we ran into. As a first time home buyer some things can very nerve wrecking but they explained everything as simply as possible. My husband speaks some English, but mostly Spanish and it was great to have our questions addressed in Spanish with their bilingual agents. It will probably be another couple of years before we think of selling or buying a new home but will highly recommend this company to our friends and family.
